Athletes will focus on crisp sharp motions and dance combinations including body rolls, foot work, partner work, floor work and formation transitions.

JUMPS
Wednesday 6-6:30pm
JUMPS class will focus on proper stretching technique and extensive strength training to complete all the required jump positions.
In addition to stretching and conditioning, athletes will learn proper arm and leg placement to perform Toe Touch Jump, Pike Jump, Hurdlers, Combination Jumps, and Jumps into Tumbling successfully and correctly.
FLYER FLEXIBILITY &
STRENGTH TRAINING
Saturday 11:00am-12:00pm
The beginner flyer will focus on the proper technique to stretch to increase flexibility and perform arabesques and heel stretches with precision.
The advanced flyer will focus on the proper technique to stretch to increase flexibility and perform advanced body position of scorpions, scales, bow and arrows, and needles while performing various stunting skills such as switch ups, tic tocs, and spinning.
Athletes will train the muscles in their legs and backs to present the highest amount of flexibility and poise possible. All technique in this class is taught on the floor.
TINY/MINI STUNT CLASS

LEVEL 1 & 2 STUNT CLASS
Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm

Level 1 & 2 stunt classes will focus on proper stunting technique for basing, flying, and spotting stunts from ground level to extended level. Athletes will be grouped by age and skill level. Bases will learn proper grips, how to effectively use their legs and shoulders when basing, and how to work together as a cohesive group. Flyers will learn proper body control in the air.
LEVEL 3 STUNT CLASS
Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm
Athletes with level 2 or higher experience will focus on stunt technique for release, inversion, and spinning transitions for levels 3stunts. Participants will be placed in age and skill appropriate stunt groups for hands on learning. Athletes will use teamwork to improve and progress stunting skills efficiently & safely.
LEVEL 4 & 5 STUNT CLASS
Thursday 7:30-8:30pm
Athlete with level 3 or higher experience will focus on stunt technique for release, inversion, and spinning transitions for levels 4 & 5. Participants will be placed in age and skill appropriate stunt groups for hands on learning. Athletes will use teamwork to improve and progress stunting skills efficiently & safely.
