Athletes ages 3-6 are introduced to basic tumbling skills through engaging activities and fun drills. Upon coach approval, Tumble Tots athletes will transition to regular Saturday Tumbling classes.
PREREQUISITES: ability to follow simple instructions and work in a group setting

Athletes will learn the basic skills required for beginning tumbling including
core strength, hollow body, handstand, forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, bridge, bridge kickover, backbend, roundoff, rebound, power hurdle.
PREREQUISITES: none
TUESDAY

Athletes will work to learn and master advanced Level 1 tumbling skills including power hurdle, roundoff rebound, front and back walkovers, handstand forward roll, back extension roll, multiple back walkovers, back walkover switch leg, cartwheel back walkover, and valdez.
PREREQUISITES: forward roll, backbend kickover, and solid handstand
TUESDAY

Athletes will work to learn and master Level 2 tumbling skills including standing back handsprings, front handsprings, flysprings (bounders), dive rolls, and roundoff back handspring. PREREQUISITES: solid cartwheel back walkover, solid roundoff rebound and solid double back walkover

AGES 9+

Athletes will work to learn and master advanced Level 2 and begin training
Level 3 tumbling skills, including back handspring stepout, roundoff multiple back handsprings, front walkover through to handspring, side aerial, tuck shapes, and tuck set drills.
PREREQUISITES: solid roundoff back handspring and solid standing back handspring
TUESDAY

Athletes will work to learn and master Level 3 tumbling skills including standing multiple back handsprings, jump back handspring, side aerials, punch fronts, and running passes through to tuck.
PREREQUISITES: solid roundoff multiple back handsprings and solid back walkover back handspring (connected)
SATURDAY

Athletes will work to master their existing Level 2 or higher skills. Coaches are on hand to supervise, provide instruction, set up drill stations, and spot skills as needed.
PREREQUISITES: must be able to connect a solid round off to a jump back to mats & solid double back walkover

PROPER ATTIRE: Long crop tops permitted : )
Fitted shorts or leggings (if shorts are baggy, spandex should be worn underneath)
T-shirt or full-coverage tank (no cutout sides)
A sports bra must be worn under a shirt for all female athletes
Cheer shoes or sneakers are required
